Heather Wide Scarf
I have just finished adding the tassels to this scarf. This was made for my daughter who requested a wide scarf. The pattern can be found here.
It is suitable for a beginner and the pattern can easily be adapted to whatever width and length that you desire.
Magic Pink Granny Square Blanket
Apologies, I have been delayed in updating my blog. I have been recently finished 2 or 3 different projects and have not had time to write them up on my blog.
I love the colours of this Magic Pink Granny Square Blanket. In fact, it was so popular on my instagram page that someone asked to buy it before I had it finished.

Easy Winter Scarf
I have been working on something very quick and easy to make. This scarf is so satisfying to make and perfect the colder days. The stitch is Lemon Peel Stitch and uses a one row repeat, so is perfect for an easy and relaxing (and quick) project. See here for free pattern.
October Granny Square Throw
I loved making this blanket. It has a retro colour vibe which looked better and better as the throw grew. Please find the written details on how to make this here.
I added tassels to this throw to give it a boho feel and seems to finish this off nicely. This is the second throw where I have added tassels and now I want to add them to every blanket or throw.
Lemon Peel Stitch
My favourite thing to make is anything with granny squares in, but every now and then I need to do something different. I loved making this blanket in the Lemon Peel Stitch (sometimes called the Griddle Stitch). It has a lovely texture and is quick to work up. But best of all, it is super easy.
This stitch does not have big holes. It is versatile and can be used to make a variety of items (washcloths, scarves, animal blankets, baby blankets etc).

I haven’t written a post for a while, apologies for this. I have been really busy working on some different projects, and also family life also was busy.
I thought I would give you little taster of what is coming on my blog shortly.
Granny Hexagons have been taking up a lot of my time lately. I basically wanted to make a blanket made from different motifs and wanted to try something other than squares – so I went for Granny Hexagons.
I wanted the edges of the the blanket/throw to be straight (and not hexagon-shaped) so I had to work out how to make two different types of half hexagons as well as quarter hexagons. Anyway my plan is write this all up and have this on my blog shortly.
I have also worked on a simple granny square in between time, which requires a bit less thought.
Hope to update more on these projects soon.
Rainbow Baby Blanket
This week I decided to work with some colour. I was travelling so I wanted something easy to do. I just love these colours. You can find out more about how to make this blanket here.
The patterns is a traditional granny square based on 6 rainbow colours.
My blanket finished 80cm x 80cm but you can adapt to how big or small you want it.
