Colour Palette for Crochet Checked Scarf

It took me a long time to decide on the colour palette for my Crochet Checked Scarf. I used yarn pegs as well as an App which helps with colour selection.

I was looking for something different from my usual colour choices, and something visually appealing which showed off the stitch and pattern. The photo below shows my final selection – but further down the page are some of my ‘trial’ choices.

These are some of the colour palettes that didn’t make it this time, but you never know, they might be used for a different project int he future.
